Full Accountability

When you become part of our community we offer you accountability for the systems we install and full technical backup support. We have been in business for 45 years and we intend to be in business to support you for many years to come.

For New Installations

Accountability means we work with you until the system is performing to the design. This come down to the fact that we will tell you in the beginning the challenges of the project and the tradeoffs and if we don't think you appreciate the potential problems we will not accept the project.

For Existing Installations

Accountability means we work with you until your system is back up and working. Several times a year we will be called in to take over a geothermal system where the original installer has gone beyond their ability to get the system working. Either the installer is not returning the owners calls or they have asked for significantly more money to finish the work. While we do not accept accountability for these systems we will try to help because it is wrong for the technology to be branded by the installers lack of experience.
